convenient locationeasy transportationuncomfortable bednoisy unit
The location is very convenient. Transportation was quite easy because it was near both the train station and the bus station. The staff ensured my room was cleaned every day. It was greatly appreciated!!!
The bed was uncomfortable and the room was warm. The minimum temperature setting was too high on the air conditioning unit. The unit was also noisy.

breakfast buffetneglected tidyinglack of hygiene
the breakfast buffet was nice to start the day with a variety of options.
The room wasn't properly cleaned . Something my son dropped on the floor remained there until checkout. only towel changes were provided. general tidying was completely neglected. I expected more attention to hygiene for a hotel of this standard. overall, this really let the stay down.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the train station and a short walk to the seafront. The room was a typical Standard Double Room, clean but quite basic (exactly what I expected from a budget hotel). Checking in was smooth because the staff was friendly.
Bar prices for soft drinks were high. A lime and soda cost £2.50.
